My Instructor, Mr. Lewis, has asked Grand Master Ho Sik Pak to join us for our Tang Soo Do tournament on Oct. 11th. Ho Sik Pak not only agreed but has decided to do a workshop for all of us red belts on Friday Oct 10th. He will also be doing a demonstration (board breaking, forms, fighting, ect) at the tournament. It is an honor to have him coming to Nampa and we are all very excited.
